Wonderful
Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel between February 15-18, 2024. After reading some negative comments I was a bit scared, but never noticed anything mentioned in them We had 2 rooms in the East wing. We didn’t have much problems with loadshedding, as luckily it was mostly at times we were not in the rooms. The rooms looked quite modern (maybe they are after renovation?), bathrooms - clean and modern. Quite a lot of plugs! The rooms were very big, Family room - huge and very comfortable to meet our needs! The shuttle bus to Waterfront was very handy!!! The hotel has a special space/room to enjoy sunsets! I found it to be a great idea The staff was very friendly and always helpful! Thanks for everything!
I’ve read a lot of very good comments about breakfast, but I was expecting something better (maybe I’m spoilt ). Rooms at East wing don’t have views, but at the end it wasn’t much of a problem as we almost didn’t have time to enjoy them out of the window.
